PARIS STREET ART

Aye, I snapped some pictures of street art while strolling through Paris last week. My favorite is the embroidered piece by Lily Luciole that I spotted while leaving a lunch at Marche Des Enfants Rouges. Who are your favorite street artists?

STREET ART

by Don't Fret

I cannot wait to run into a Don't Fret piece one day while I'm strolling down the street. Super cool and lovely, you can own an original work by clicking on the link above. Also, check out his latest exhibition at the Luggage Store Gallery on February 6th.

SCULPTURE

by Mark Jenkins

Mark has been on the scene for awhile now with his incredible packing tape sculptures. These sculptures are half street art, half social experiment. Who knows how one would react if you randomly walked past one of these sculptures on the street, a head sticking out of a trashcan or a woman stepping off of a building. We do know once we realize the subject is a sculpture made out of packing tape, we would be impressed and most likely happy that someone did something to break our reality for a moment. You can learn more about how to make your own packing tape sculpture on TapeSculpture.org, a website created by Mark to teach people his process.
